- Submit your dental insurance paperwork.
- Support you with answers to your questions regarding dental insurance.
- Supply more documentation than is required to support your dental claim, including digital x-rays, digital photographs and supporting documentation regarding treatment.
You are the direct customer of the insurance company. The insurance company is more concerned with keeping your business than it is with paying the dental office. As your dentist, we have no control over how much or even if dental insurance will reimburse for dental care. We have found that insurance companies seem to process dental benefits faster and with more accuracy if the reimbursement is marked to go directly to the patient.
Please keep in mind that ALL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICES. But because we feel that insurance should not dictate the quality and timing of your dental care, we do offer payment options, including long-term, payment plans, (often at 0% interest rate).
